타 학과 체험실습을 통한 진로지도에 관한 연구 = A Study on the career guidance through experience practice in other departments

국문 초록 (Abstract)

공업고등학교에 진학한 학생이 현재의 학과가 본인의 적성에 맞는지를 타학과 실습을 통하여 조사 분석하였으며, 조사 연구를 통하여 현재의 학과가 본인의 적성에 맞지 않은 학생이 상당수 있는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 현상에 대한 주된 원인으로는 진학 결정시 본인의 흥미 및 적성에 따르지 않고 성적 등의 다른 변수에 의하여 학과를 선택한 것과 자신의 전공에 대한 사전 지식 없이 진학한 것을 들 수 있다. 이러한 요인으로 인해 자신의 현재 전공을 바꾸고 싶다고 응답한 학생이 전체의 1/3 정도나 되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 중학교 시기부터 보다 효율적인 진로 지도가 선행되거나 고교 저학년에서 진로를 선정할 수 있는 기회의 부여등과 같은 대책이 필요함을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

To identify the suitability of technical high school students in the major fields of their study, a program of experience practice in other fields has been executed. Through the survey, it is identified that students who are not interested in their major fields are very numerous. One of the possible causes could be proposed that of negligence of their aptitude and interest when they select their own major fields. For the reason about 1/3 students of the survey wish to change their present major fields of study if possible Therefore, it is very much needed (1) to start earlier and effective course guidance when the students were in the junior high school and/or (2) to give a chance to change major fields when the students were in the lower classes.
