호텔 채용관리의 효율화를 위한 실증적 연구

In this study, I distinguished the employment information properties which are used as independent variables. And I also studied that how the employment information properties influence on hotel attraction degree as adjustment variable of psychological type in the intention decision of the individual information. I chose the metropolitan area and provincial area's two-year college's and four-year university's students who major in hotel & tourism management and carried out a survey. This study has a limitation of inner matter which can happen due to the lack of the related pre-study and especially as the study was done in the situation that the pre-study of employment management of the hotel personal was not enough, the presentation of theoretical evidence was rather insufficient and so it was inferred from the similar study contents. But It suggested the importance of the employment information factor which has been neglected relatively so far and suggested the new study field for the various and deep study of the pre-new employees.
