대학생의 사회적 지원, 성격, 자기효능감, 학업성취가 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 = The influence of social support, personality, self-efficacy and academic achievement on subjective well-being among university students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine subjective well-being among university students. For this, examines influence of social support, personality and self-efficacy on subjective well-being. A total of 135 university students completed a survey that includes self-efficacy scales developed by Bandura (1995) and Park and Kim (2000), NEO-FFI (Costa & McCrae, 1992) and subjective well-being developed by Park and Kim (2005). The scales for social support were social support from parents, friends and seniors. NEO-FFI measures the following five aspects of personality: Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, and Agreeableness. The following scales for self-efficacy was adopted: Self-regulated learning efficacy, self-assertiveness efficacy, resiliency efficacy, relational efficacy, overcoming stress efficacy, parent-child relational efficacy and coping with stress efficacy. And academic achievement including academic expectation of students and parents are added. The results indicate that facets of personality and self-efficacy had direct effect on subjective well-being. Specially, those students who receive greater social support from parents and have higher parent-child relational efficacy are more likely to have higher scores on subjective well-being. But students with neurotic personality are more likely to have lower scores on subjective well-being. There's no significant correlation between academic achievement and subjective well-being
