不動産컨설팅業의 改善方案에 관한 硏究 = A Study on the Improvement of the Estate Consulting

At present, our world is situated in the violent change in every aspect such as, internationalization, the door open policy, specialization and informationalization.
Cause of situating the national borderless age, the real estate market is confronted with new alternating situation.
Also, the various matter of the real estate demand and the advanced effective usage of real estates raised it's head on due to following elements, such as the population centralization to big city, income increasing, knowledge advancing.
And that, the real estate of business depression, public concepts on land, the tax and the law system makes the situations more complex.
The concepts of land is also changing from the possession to the utilization of it rapidly. Such situations intensified the necessity of the real estate consulting for the best use of land.
Due to the growing demand of real estate consulting, the related personel, such as, the realtor, the appraiser, the truster, the sales agency, the house architector, have participated in the consulting market competitively on their additional business.
But, unfortunately such kind of market situation may lead it confused one. And that, the disordered competition may lead the misunderstanding and the low quality service presentation to the customer.
From the above investigation and analysis, this study can be reached following summarized results.
First, a legal system of the real estate consulting is to be established by the government directly.
Second, service business of the related real estate should be led to synthetic form.
Third, To meet IMF age, it dicussed about the governmental policy of raising the internal real estate consulting business positively.
Furthermore, the following items should be studied continuously by consulting system management, the fee of consultant and the requirements of consulting business, etc.
