중국 계약법의 주요내용과 특징에 대한 고찰 = A Study on the main contents and the characteristic factor in Contract Law of China

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

China does not have a single civil code，but rather has several civil aets Contraet Law of the People``s Republic of China of 1999(Contraet Law of China) is one of the several civil aets. which was drafted by legal scholars. first in the history of legislation. and enaeted in reference to foreign legal system. However years in preparation. the first ever law on New Contraet Law in the People``s Republic of China came into effeet on Oetober 1. 1999. adopted at the second Session of the Standing Committee of the ninth National People``s agreement on March 5. 1999 In the beginning. the contraet law in China was adapted from many good system of other developed countries. This law has provided some advanced regulations. This is important because contract law is the important law. This law can provide concrete regulations and standards of action to people when dealing with business and trade in China. 1 will introduced the contraet law in China Focus on formation. performance and breach of contraet in this thesis. This Law shall apply to econornic contraets concluded between individuals. enterprises or other economic organizations of the People``s Republic of China and foreign enterprises. other econornic organizations or individuals. This study will look into the charaeter of the new contraet law in the People``s Republic of China.
