The purpose of this study is reinterpret for the meaning of the korean admissions officer`s evaluation. It is attempted to reform the evaluation from the exiting assessment of the typical quantitative method to the qualitative assessment. The Study analyze the 4,728 students enrolled by the admission officer system. The evaluation correlation is higher than Self-introduction and teacher recommendations. The humanities than the natural science have high correlation evaluation. The other hand, SAT, grade have a high correlation the natural than the humanities science. The characteristics of the assessment for each correlation is analyzed by colleges. Correlation between the evaluation criterion and the evaluation score were analyzed by colleges to reflect the specific characteristics. This study will contribute to clarify the qualitative evaluation of the admission office, future research is presented.
