다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative study was to evaluate nursing students’ experience during nursing managementpracticum. Methods: Data were collected from 10 in-depth interviews. The main question was “Could you describeyour experience during the nursing management practicum?” The qualitative data from the field notes andtranscriptions of the interviews were analyzed using Colaizzi’s method. Results: The experiential themes of students’experience during a nursing management practicum were ‘differentiate clinical practice which is immersed in thenursing management process’, ‘understand nurse managers’ leadership qualities and influence of communication’,‘understand why the general nurse engages in management tasks on duty’, ‘gain insight into organizational operationsfrom new and diverse perspectives’, ‘engage in nursing practice through abundant interaction’. Conclusion:The results show that the nursing management practicum focuses on the management of nurses and nurse manager,so instruction and guidance by professors and practicing leaders is needed for students to practice these goals, Inaddition, in the clinical practice field, students should be provided with a practical environment and guidance in accordancewith the goal of management practice.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학 졸업생들의 간호관리학실습 경험의 본질을 파악하는 것이다.
연구방법: 본 연구참여자는 10명의 간호관리학실습 경험을 잘 표현할 수 있는 간호관리학실습을 마친 사람으로 하였으며, 연구 주 질문은 ‘간호관리학실습 경험에 대해 이야기하여 주십시오’ 이었다. 자료분석은 Colaizzi의 방법으로 이루어졌으며, 현장 자료 및 인터뷰 자료를 이용하였다.
연구결과: 간호관리학실습 경험에서 도출된 주제는 ‘간호관리 과정에 몰입한 차별화된 실습’, ‘수간호사의 리더십과 의사소통의 영향력을 실감함’, ‘일반간호사가 간호관리를 해야 하는 실체적 이유를 깨달음’, ‘새롭고 다양한 관점으로 조직운영을 통찰하게 됨’, ‘실습현장에서의 풍부한 상호작용으로 간호실무에 다가섬’으로 확인되었다.
결론: 간호관리학 실습은 간호사와 간호관리자의 관리영역에 초점을 둔 실습이다. 그러므로 교수자와 실습지도자는 학생이 이 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 도와주고, 임상에서는 학생의 목표에 맞는 실습환경을 제공하고, 간호관리실습에 목표에 초점을 둔 지도가 이루어져야 하겠다.
