지식정부의 구현에 있어서 장애요인 탐색 = 강원도를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze obstacle factors based on the introductive levels of knowledge management, which is making to improve of some knowledge activities for the knowledge government in Kangwon province. In order to find the obstacle factors, this study analyzes theoretical background(knowledge management, obstacle factors of knowledge government), analytic framework which includes knowledge creation, knowledge accumulation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge utility to knowledge management(KM).
The obstacle factors can be demonstrated in selecting the variables and indicators from knowledge theory. This research also reviews that draw upon knowledge activity's dissimilarities found in each knowledge levels of management process. Finally, this paper argues to manage knowledge system of Kangwon province by overcoming some obstacle factors in order to be knowledge government.
