대학 신입생의 자기효능감과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 수업공동체의식의 매개효과 = Mediating Effect of Classroom Community on the Relationship between Self-efficacy and College Life Adaptation of Freshmen

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학 신입생의 자기효능감과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 수업공동체의식의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 충청지역 S대학 신입생 202명을 대상으로 2023년 6월 12일부터 16일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25를 이용하여 기술통계분석 및 변인 간 상관계수를 산출하고, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 매개효과를 확인하였다. PROCESS Macro 부트스트래핑을 통해 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 대학 신입생의 자기효능감, 수업공동체의식, 대학생활적응은 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 대학 신입생의 자기효능감 전체 및 하위요인과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 수업공동체의식이 부분 매개하였다. 이는 신입생의 자기효능감이 높을수록 대학생활에 적응을 잘하지만, 수업공동체의식이 매개할 때 대학생활적응 수준을 높여주는 경향성이 커짐을 의미한다. 이러한 결과에 따라 신입생 대상의 교과 수업에서 대학생활적응을 돕기 위한 개입 방안을 논의하였다.

This study examined the mediating effects of classroom community consciousness on the relationship between self-efficacy and college life adaptation of freshmen. To do this, Data were collected from 202 students attending S university in Chungcheong province using self-reported questionnaires from June 12 to 16, 2023. Using SPSS 23, descriptive statistics and correlation coefficients were calculated, and the mediating effects of classroom community consciousness were determined by the multiple regression method. The verification of the significance of indirect effects was conducted through bootstrapping by PROCESS Macro. Main results of the study are as follow. First, the correlations between all variables were significant. Second, classroom community consciousness had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between self-efficacy and college life adaptation. Based on these results, intervention plans were discussed to help adaptation to college life in subject classes for freshmen.
