중국 수출입 제조기업의 친환경 공급체인관리(Green SCM) 구축 수준과 공급체인성과 관계 연구 - 자원몰입의 조절효과를 중심으로 = An Empirical Study on the Effect of Green SCM on SCM Performance - Focused on the Moderator Role of Resource Commitment-

Although the manufacturing industry has played a pivotal role as a country-based industry in China, the development based on manufacturing has had the adverse effect of environmental pollution. The 'Made in China 2025' policy includes an eco-friendly supply chain strategy, and its importance is growing. Therefore, in this study, we intend to derive a method to improve the supply chain management performance based on the establishment of an green supply chain management and resource commitment among Chinese export manufacturers. This study empirically verifies the relationship between the moderating effect of resource commitment, including IT, on eco-friendly supply chain construction factors such as green production and eco-friendly cooperation, and SCM performance, and draws implications. Through empirical analysis, the following research results were derived. First, green production has a positive effect on eco-friendly cooperation. Second, eco-friendly cooperation has a positive effect on both financial and non-financial performance. Third, in the relationship between green production and eco-friendly cooperation, resource commitment factor has a moderating effect. Through this, it was suggested that green production and the reinforcement of eco-friendly cooperation have a positive effect on deriving the company's SCM performance, and that the role of resource commitment including information technology is helpful to strengthen the relationship between green production and eco-friendly cooperation.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

중국에서 제조업은 국가기반 산업으로 중추적인 역할을 해오고 있으나, 제조업을 기반으로 한 발전은 환경오염이라는 역효과를 가져왔다. ‘중국 제조 2025’정책에서는 친환경공급체인전략을 포함시키고 있으며 그 중요성은 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자원기반관점에서 중국 수출 제조기업의 친환경공급체인구축요인과 자원몰입 요인을 바탕으로 공급체인성과를 향상시키기 위한 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구는 친환경공급체인구축요인에 대한 정보 기술을 포함한 자원 몰입의 조절효과와 친환경생산과 협력 그리고 공급체인성과간의 관계를 분석하였다. 첫째, 친환경 생산은 친환경 협력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 친환경 협력은 재무적 성과와 비재무적성과에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 세 번째. 친환경 생산과 친환경 협력간의 관계에서 자원몰입 요인은 조절효과를 가진다. 친환경 생산과 친환경 협력 강화는 기업의 성과 도출에 긍정적으로 작용하며, 친환경 생산과 협력 관계의 강화를 위해 정보 기술을 포함한 자원 몰입의 역할이 도움이 된다는 시사점을 도출하였다.
