New residential construction sector and agriculture, in the form of research and proposals in the field of cooperation in the field of low carbon green growth through growth possible, and this new study to support the development and the design and construction of buildings, and can occur in the process of acquiring new technologies related to the development of the study areas can expect.Farm Housing erected and operated through current issues being noted as disconnected and play in the community, the elderly population and the inhabitants of the village culture and family through job creation is expected to be able to contribute to the play. Also, in the long term, new technology patent and technology through the export earning royalties obtained as a low carbon green growth and innovative social and economic contribution is expected to be larger.

국문 초록 (Abstract)
새로운 주거형태의 연구 및 제안으로 건축분야와 농업분야의 협력을 통하여 저탄소 녹색 성장이 가능한 신성장분야를 마련하고 이를 지원하기 위한 새로운 학문의 개발 및 연계가 가능하며, 건축물의 설계 및 시공과정에서 발생하게 될 신기술의 획득으로 관련분야 학문의 발전을 기대할 수 있다.
Farm Housing 건립 및 운영을 통하여 현재 문제점으로 지적되고 있는 단절된 커뮤니티의 재생을 도모하며, 노인인구 및 주민의 일자리 창출을 통해 가족과 마을문화 재생에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 또한 장기적으로 신기술 획득을 통한 특허출원 및 기술수출로 로열티를 획득 할 수 있으며, 저탄소 녹색성장의 혁신적인 사례로 사회․경제적 기여가 클 것으로 기대된다.
