自然公園과 비교하여 自然休養林의 利用활성화를 위한 法規提案에 관한 硏究 = A Study on a Legal Reform for the active Use of Natural Recreational Forest in comparison with Nature Park

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Natural recreational forests and nature parks are major facilities for city dwellers to do leisure activities.
The acts of natural recreational forest and nature park are commonly enacted for the purpose of enhancing public health and emotional life. The Natural recreational forest act is enacted to increase income of forest owner as opposed to the nature park act which is enacted to protect scenic beauty.
Several points in the natural recreational forest act are focused as follows;
1. The expenses for the installation of new facilities required by new act may reduce income of the forest owners.
2. As tourists trend to be family types and lodging tourists and commercial facilities can not accommodate the tourists.
3. There may be lack of a public service against crime, fire, disaster, etc.
To improve the natural recreational forest act, it is suggested that lodging and commercial facilities need to be provided more, public services need to be enforced to reduce environmental damages.
