도시하천의 지속가능성을 위한 중요요인 분석 : 검단신도시 나진포천을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 도시화와 기후변화로 인한 도시하천의 중요성 증대에 주목하여, 도시하천의 지속가능성을 확보하기 위한 핵심 요인을 도출하고 우선순위를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 인천광역시 서구 검단신도시 나진포천을 사례로 선정하였으며, 사회적·환경적·경제적 지속가능성을 반영한 삼축이론(Three Pillar Model)을 이론적 기반으로 하여 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석을 수행하였다. 전문가 35명 대상 설문조사 결과, 상위계층에서는 환경적 지속가능성이 가장 높은 중요도(0.442)로 나타났으며, 다음으로 사회적(0.349), 경제적 지속가능성(0.210)이 뒤를 이었다. 하위계층 분석에서는 ‘재해 회복탄력성 향상’, ‘친수공간 확보’, ‘생물다양성 보전’ 등이 각각 사회적, 환경적, 경제적 지속가능성에서 가장 중요한 요소로 평가되었다. 본 연구는 도시하천 관리에 있어 경제성, 지역사회 참여, 생태적 건강성 등 다차원적 요소를 통합적으로 고려해야 할 필요성을 강조하며, 향후 지속가능한 도시하천 조성 및 정책 수립에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study highlights the growing importance of urban streams in the context of urbanization and climate change, aiming to identify and prioritize the key factors necessary for ensuring sustainability. As a case study, Najinpo-river located in Geomdan New Town, Seo-gu, Incheon, South Korea, was selected. The research adopts the Three Pillar Model which incorporates social, environmental and economic sustainability as its theoretical framework, and employs the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) with 35 experts. The results show that, among the top-level criteria, environmental sustainability was rated as the most important(0.442), followed by social(0.349) and economic sustainability(0.210). In the sub-criteria analysis, ‘enhancing disaster resilience’, ‘securing waterfront spaces’ and ‘preserving biodiversity’ were identified as the most critical factors within the respective dimensions. The study underscores the need for an integrated approach that considers economic feasibility, community participation, and ecological health in urban stream management. The findings are expected to serve as foundational data for the development of sustainable urban stream policies and initiatives.
