지식공유의 선행요인과 지식공유가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of the Knowledge Sharing and Its Antecedent Factors on the Innovative Behavior

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out what kinds of influences the knowledge sharing and its antecedent factors have on innovative behaviors in order to help the organizations which pursue the knowledge management. Besides, it is to find out whether the knowledge sharing and its antecedent factors play the mediation role for the innovative behavior. The examination of the study model was carried out with the results of the 222 questionnaire survey data done at six different organizations. For the analysis of actual proof, structural equation model analysis was done using LISREL 8.3 and the results are as follows. First, it is proven that the reward system and the openness of communication have some influences on the knowledge sharing among the knowledge sharing antecedent factors. Secondly, it is proven that the knowledge sharing has influences on the innovative behavior. This shows that the knowledge sharing is the basis of the innovative behavior to create new ideas and promote the changes in organizations. Thirdly, as the analysis results of mediation role of the knowledge sharing antecedent factors and the innovative behavior, the reward system among the knowledge sharing antecedent factors has indirect influence on the innovative behavior. Lastly, suggestions, its limit and directions for further study are presented based on the results of this study.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지식경영을 추진하고 있는 조직에 도움을 주기 위해, 지식공유 영향요인과 지식공유가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 문헌연구를 통해 경영진의 지원, 보상시스템, 신뢰, 의사소통의 개방성을 지식공유 영향요인으로 선정하고 지식공유를 매개변수로 하여 혁신행동의 영향관계를 바탕으로 연구모델을 설정하였다. 연구모델의 검증은 6개 조직의 222개 설문조사 데이터를 중심으로 가설검증이 수행되어졌다. 실증분석을 위하여 LISREL 8.3을 이용한 구조방정식 모형분석을 시행하였고 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지식공유 영향요인인 가운데 구조적 요인인 보상시스템은 지식공유에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 관계적 요인인 의사소통의 개방성은 지식공유에 매우 효과적인 요인임이 증명되었다. 둘째, 지식공유가 구성원의 혁신행동을 향상시키는데 있어서 매우 중요한 요소임을 알 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 결과들은 기업에서 종업원의 혁신행동을 향상시키는 전략에서 지식공유와 그 선행요인의 관련성을 설명하는데 좋은 시사점을 줄 수 있다.
