북한 선교의 전략적 실천 방안

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 북한 선교를 통하여 하나님 나라의 확장을 위해 한국 교회가 선교적 측면에서 전략적으로 실천하기 위 한 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 북한 선교는 통일의 관점에서 출발해야 하는 것과 한국 교회가 북한의 교회 로부터 성경적 복음과 새벽기도회, 사경회 등 많은 영적 자산들을 물려받았기 때문에 과거 ‘동방의 예루살렘’이 라는 부흥을 경험했던 북한 교회를 섬기며 그 땅에 하나님의 주권과 영광이 나타나도록 힘써야 하는 것에 목적이 있다. 북한 선교의 근거와 당위성으로는 하나님의 보편적 창조관, 예수 그리스도의 명령, 동족 복음화 우선 사상에 근 거한 당위성을 근거로 할 수 있다. 하나님의 보편적 창조관은 북한 선교의 기초로 성경에 나타난 하나님의 선교 적 보편성에 근거를 두어야 한다. 사도 바울의 “하나님은 다만 유대인의 하나님이시냐 또한 이방인의 하나님은 아니시냐 진실로 이방인의 하나님도 되시느니라.”(롬 3:29) 말함으로써 하나님의 보편성이 선교의 가장 심오한 기초 원리가 됨을 보여준다. 예수께서 부활 후 제자들에게 주신 사명은 선교의 지상최대의 명령이다. 예수 그리스도의 구속사역을 믿음으로 그리스도와 연합하여 새 생명을 먼저 얻은 성도가 자신과 삶을 공유하고 주위에 있는 사람들에게 구원의 소식을 전파하여 그들 또한 생명을 얻도록 선교해야 함을 보여준다. 예수 그리스도의 선교전략의 측면에서 보면 사마리아 여인에게(요 4:22), 가나안 여인에게(마 15:24), 열두 제자 를 파송할 때(마 10:5-6) 교훈하신 것은 동족 복음화 우선 사상의 선교전략으로 볼 수 있다. 한국 교회가 북한 선교의 가장 큰 문제점으로는 “지금은 북한에 선교할 때가 아니라고 단정한 것과 기독교를 핍 박하는 북한정권과 조선그리스도연맹의 소모적 지원을 하는 것이다. 한국 교회는 북한의 지하 교회를 지원하며 김일성, 김정일보다 훨씬 능력 있으신 하나님께서 북한에 있는 당신의 백성을 지키시고 보호하고 있다는 것을 잊 으면 안 된다. 북한 선교의 전략적 실천 방안으로는 첫째, 북한 지역에 성경을 보급하는 방안 둘째, 라디오방송 프로그램을 통 하여 복음을 전하는 방안 셋째, 재한 탈북 동포와 재중 탈북 동포를 통하여 북한 지하교회를 지원하는 방안 넷째, 북한 선교 목적으로 설립된 기독교 단체를 통하여 선교하는 방안을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to suggest a way to strategically put into practice by Korean churches to expand the kingdom of God by the missionary work toward North Korea. The purpose of the missionary work toward North Korea is because that we need to take the job based on the perspective of the unification and that South Korean churches inherited a lot of spiritual assets from North Korean churches. That is why we need to serve North Korean churches that experienced the revival of "Jerusalem of the East" and to try to show the sovereignty and glory of God in North Korea. The grounds and appropriateness of the missionary work toward North Korea are as follows; universal creation of God, the order of Jesus Christ, and the idea of prioritizing evangelization of the same people. Universal creation of God should be based on the universality of God in terms of missionary work appeared in the Bible. "God is not only the god of Jewish people, but for the strangers." said St. Paul (Rome 3.29). This suggests that the universality of God can be the deepest foundation of missionary work. The mission of missionary work given by Jesus after the resurrection is the utmost command on earth. It shows that those who get a new life first in association with Jesus need to devote himself to the missionary work around him so that they could get a new life. In terms of the strategy of missionary work by Jesus Christ, what he preached when he was preaching to a Samaritan woman (John 4:22), to a Canaanite woman (Matthew 15:24), and when he dispatched twelve apostles (Matthew 10: 5-6) was a missionary strategy prioritizing the evangelization of the same people. The biggest problem in terms of the missionary work toward North Korea is the opinion by some people saying that it is not the time to take the missionary work toward North Korea as well as an exhaustive support of the Korean Federation of Christ to North Korean regime that persecutes Christianity. South Korean churches should not forget that God that is mightier than Kim Il-seong and Kim Jeong-il is protecting his people in North Korea while supporting underground churches in North Korea. In terms of strategic methods that need to put into practice when conducting missionary work toward North Korea, the author proposed four ways. First, we need to distribute the Bible to North Korea. Second, we can deliver gospel through radio broadcasting. Third, we could support underground churches through those who defected North Korea. And lastly, we could take a missionary work through organizations established to take a missionary work toward North Korea.
