광주 하남동유적 주거지 연구 = A Study on the Dwellings of the Hanam-dong Site in Gwangju

국문 초록 (Abstract)

광주 하남동유적은 3세기에서 6세기 전반까지 영산강 상류지역의 대표적인 유적으로, 유적이 존재했던 3～5세기의 역사기록에는 영산강 상류지역이 백제와의 관계 속에서 많은 혼란기를 겪었다고 했지만 그 기간은 매우 짧았을 것으로 판단된다. 결과적으로 하남동유적 고대인들은 또 하나의 중심취락으로 영산강 상류지역에서 중단 없이 꾸준히 발전할 수 있는 계기가 되었다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 그동안 분묘 중심으로만 논의되었던 영산강 상류지역의 고대문화를 주거문화의 관점에서 정리해 보았다는 점에서 그 의의가 있겠다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Hanam district ruins in Kwangju can be mainly known as the representative ruins during the third century through the first half of the sixth century. According to the historical writings of the third through fifth centuries when the site existed, the upper stream areas of the Yeongsan river went through the chaotic periods in relation with the Baekjae, although it was for a brief time. As a result, this helped the ancient people of the Hanam district site to steadily develop without ceasing as the focal settlement in the upper stream areas of Yeongsan river.
This study can be justified by the fact that it focused on the discussion of the Yeongsan river upper streams as the focal point for the residential culture in the ancient time as opposed to the area being usually discussed as the focal point for a grave development.
