에이즈 예방법상 감염인의 인권침해요인과 인권 개선방안에 관한 연구 = Research Regarding the Human Rights Violations of Infected Persons in AIDS Prevention Law and Human Rights Improvement Plans

HIV-infected people confront social discrimination and stigmatization in almost every situation of their lives. There is a widespread false belief that people with AIDS should be separated from the society to protect the public health of general population. The management-oriented policy and legislation regarding HIV-infection have made the infected people subjected to social rejection, discrimination and negative stereotyping.The aim of this article is to analyze the social construction of stigma and discrimination processes associated with HIV/AIDS and people living with HIV/AIDS and to explore the legal aid project in order to protect the human rights of people with HIV/AIDS.The human rights of people living with HIV/AIDS were violated in a variety of ways, including
