민족정체성 연구의 양적/질적 대립과 해체-소통적 연구방법론 = Deconstructive-Communicating Methodology over Quantitative/Qualitative Research of National Identity

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this paper, I will make a search for direction to overcome the opposition of quantitative/qualitative research methodology by research on national identity. This antagonism is rooted in the modern tradition of research, humanities vs social science. Thus this paper respectively examines the advantages and limitations of quantitative research and qualitative research, basis on the empirical and empirical data on Korean national identity Second, through this review, this article will claim the dialectic combination of quantitative/qualitative research methods. However, this combination should not be roles or mechanical coupling that quantitative research is hypothesis, qualitative research is hypothesis. Rather, this paper argue that it should be a combination based on the ``deconstructive planning-design`` and ``deconstructive reading``. Finally, this paper will propose a research method as a communication. It is a generative research method that found out ``otherness of others`` by dismantling the researcher`s habitus and go to make a threefold communication between researcher and research subject, and researchers by revealing the location of the researchers and research subjects.
