The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics and types of disability-focused corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs implemented by international sport organizations and to identify common strategic approaches that provide practical implications for disability CSR policies and program design in domestic sport organizations. A qualitative document analysis was conducted using CSR cases from the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), and the National Basketball Association (NBA). The findings revealed four strategic types of disability-focused CSR: policy and institutional linkage, participation expansion, accessibility standardization, and social integration. Despite differences in organizational missions and approaches, all organizations shared the common objective of expanding social participation and reducing barriers for persons with disabilities. Long-term partnerships, collaboration with disability-specialized organizations, expansion of target beneficiaries, and performance-based management emerged as common strategic characteristics. These findings suggest that disability-focused CSR has evolved beyond traditional philanthropy into strategic CSR aligned with organizational core functions. The study provides practical implications for developing disability CSR policies and programs in domestic sport organizations.
