    The goal of this study is to offer the basic data for analyzing the educational finance policy by searching for the model and standard referred to be able to evaluate equity of educational finance.
    In the concept of eqity, the horizontal equity to make the same thing as a same and the vertical equity to make the different thing as a different are being involved. In accordance with the equity evaluation of educational finance, the beneficiary can consider the student and taxpayer. And, the subject is classified into investment, production and result. In the principle, there are the horizontal equity and the vertical equity. Then, the horizontal equity is evaluated with range, limited range, relative average deflection, variance, Gini coefficient etc., And, the vertical equity is evaluated with weighted dispersion measure, regression­based relation measure and ratio measure.
    In the future, the equity must be guaranteed by analysis and evaluation of educational finance policy of our country.
