In this paper, it is discussed the number and scope of the case studies and has greatly enlarged the discussion of each immunodeficiency disease. These case studies are designed to put clinical flesh knowledgement on the skeleton of basic immunology and to place immunological mechanisms. 7 case of immunodeficiency disease are treated, which are selective IgA deficiency, hyperimmunoglobulinaemia E-recurrent syndrome, X-linked agammaglobulinaemia, DiGeorge syndrome, AIDS, chronic granulomatous disease, complement abnormality.
