    The purpose of this study was to analysis children's inappropriate behavior and teacher's responsive strategies in the small group cooperative learning. The subjects of this study were each eight teachers taking charge of five year old children in the kindergarten and child care center. The data was collected by class observation about the small group cooperative activity.
    The results of this study were as follows: The types of children's inappropriate behavior were unoccupied behavior, passive behavior, aggressive behavior and arbitrary behavior in the small group cooperative activity. Besides teacher used authoritarian control skill, recalling of regulation, expression of teacher's expectation, attention for task-concentration, support of self-control and neglective attitude as responsive strategies against inappropriate behavior.
