저작인격권의 내용과 제한에 관한 교육적 함의 = The Educational Meaning on the Content and Limitation of the Moral Rights

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The moral Rights in the korean copyright law consist of the rights of disclosure, attribution, integrity. Firstly, the right of disclosure is the right to publish eventually. Secondly, the right of attribution is the right to claim authorship and to indicate a name. Next, the right of integrity is the right to protect his works against harmful distortion. This moral rights are inalienable in article 14. The Inalienability of moral rights is common among many countries` copyright law. And the moral rights of korea is inalienable too.
We need to regulate the limitation of moral rights for the creation and reproduction of works and the real interests of the author in modern times.
We explain the right of disclosure, the right of attribution and the right of integrity in the copyright law of korea and the regulation of moral rights for the public purpose and the interest of the author. As a result of the above review, this article shows that it needs to regulate the limitation of moral rights for the public purpose and the reproduction of works . In the conclusion, It needs to reflect fair use of moral rights when provisions of the moral rights are interpreted in regard of the use of a work which is recognized as fair use of property rights.
