본 연구는 대면적 평판형 엑스선 검출기를 통해 획득한 혈관조영 프로젝션 영상의 화질을 평가하여 제조사마다 독립적으로 사용 중인 품질보증프로그램을 서로 검증할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. IQST 팬텀을 기반으로 매개변수들을 조절하여 프로젝션 영상을 획득하였으며, 영상분석 프로그램은 Image J를 사용하였다. 획득한 영상에서 신호/잡음 성능, 저/고 대조도, 알루미늄 스텝웨지 속성을 분석하기 위해 신호, 잡음 등을 측정하였다. 그 결과 kV의 증가는 영상에서 신호와 잡음이 동시에 증가하였으며, Dose의 증가는 영상에서 잡음을감소시켰다. 그리고 EE-Kernel 크기의 증가는 영상의 경계 강조와 함께 경계 주위의 잡음 또한 함께 강조시켰다.
향후에는 공간 주파수 상에서 대조도와 잡음을 분석할 수 있는 변조전달함수(MTF)와 잡음력스펙트럼(NPS)에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

This study evaluated the image quality of angiography projection images obtained through a large-area flat-panel X-ray detector and attempted to provide basic data that can be used to verify quality assurance programs independently used by each manufacturer. Projection images were acquired by adjusting parameters based on the IQST phantom, and Image J was used as an image analysis program. In the acquired images, signal and noise were measured to analyze signal/noise performance, low/high contrast, and aluminum step wedge property. As a result, an increase in kV simultaneously increased signal and noise in the image, and an increase in Dose reduced noise in the image. In addition, the increase in EE-Kernel size emphasized the edges of the image and also emphasized the noise around the edges. In the future, it is believed that research is needed on the MTF and NPS, which can analyze contrast and noise at spatial frequency.
