진로결정자기효능감과 고용가능성과의 관계 연구 = Relationship between Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Employability - Based on secretarial college students -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 비서학 전공 전문대학생을 중심으로 진로결정자기효능감과 고용가능성과의 관계를 탐구하고자 하였다. 세부적으로는 진로결정자기효능감의 각 하위변인이 고용가능성의 구직준비도 및 고용적합능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구를 통하여 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위변인 역량별로 고용가능성과의 관계를 증진시키기 위한 시사점을 얻고자하였다. 조사대상은 수도권 지역 3개 대학에 재학 중인 비서사무전공 전문대학생으로 208부의 설문지로 분석하였다.
본 연구를 통해 나타난 결과로는 첫째, 첫째, 비서사무전공 전문대학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 고용가능성과의 관계는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기평가, 정보수집, 목표설정이 구직준비도와의 영향관계에서 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타냈으며, 진로결정, 진로계획에는 부(-)의 영향관계를 보였다. 셋째, 자기평가와 목표설정이 고용적합성과의 관계에서 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타냈으며, 정보수집, 진로결정, 진로계획에는 부(-)의 영향관계가 나타났다.
비서사무전공 전문대학생들의 진로결정자기효능감을 통한 고용가능성을 담보하기 위하여, 취업준비 학생들에게 진로결정자기효능감을 가질 수 있는 다양한 지원들을 제시해야한다. 이러한 진로결정자기효능감이 고용가능성에 실제적 영향을 줄 수 있다는 인식과 더불어, 진로준비자 및 학교관계자들의 적극적 참여를 위한 요구분석 및 학생참여유도를 할 필요가 있다. 또한, 학업기간 전체 내에서 즉 1학년부터 진로설계 및 진로결정과 관련된 다양한 정보와 경험을 할 수 있도록 준비하면서 취업적정기가 되었을 때 정보수집, 목표설정 등의 보다 구체적인 준비를 할 수 있도록 교육과정을 제시하는 것이 중요하다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and employability secretarial college students. how sub-variable of career decision-making self-efficacy affect employability, this research aimed to employability. Data collected from samples of 208 students majoring in secretarial science in colleges .
First, the relationship between secretarial college students" career decision-making self-efficacy and employability was positive. Second, selfassessment, information collection, setting had positive relationship with job readiness, career decision and career planning had negative with job readiness. Third, assessment and goalsetting had positive relationship with employment suitability, information collection, careerplanning had negative relationship. To increase employability of secretarial college students, school officials and students recognize career decision-making self-efficacy can have practical impact, and students participate in career decision-making self-efficacy program roviding information related to careerplanning and , as well as program for information collection and goal-setting important.
