모바일 평가를 도입한 팀기반학습 수업설계와 효과에 대한 탐색적 연구 = Effects of Team- Based Learning Strategies with Mobile Evaluation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학생들의 능동적인 태도와 문제해결능력을 키울 수 있는 새로운 교수법 중의 하나인 팀기반학습에 주목하여, 실무능력위주의 수업이 필요한 비서실무수업에 효과적인 팀기반학습방법을 적용하여 수업을 설계하였다. 이때 보다 적극적인 학생참여와 공평한 평가의 인식을 높이기 위해 모바일평가를 도입한 수업설계전략을 구현하였으며, 수업설계전략 전후의 학생들의 학습태도, 의사결정능력, 학습동기의 차이를 검증해보고, 팀기반학습에 대한 학생들의 만족도를 조사하였다.
연구결과로는 첫째, 팀기반수업후의 학생들의 학습동기, 의사결정능력, 학습태도는 조금씩 높아졌으며, 둘째, 팀기반학습에 대해 학생들은 대체로 수업, 평가, 내용에 대해 만족을 느끼고 있었다. 그러나 본 연구는 단일 사례연구이기 때문에 연구의 일반화에 문제가 있다. 그러나 많은 장점을 가지고 있는 팀기반학습에 대한 비서학교육사례가 드문 현시점에서, 본 연구를 통해 나타난 수업전략설계와 연구결과는 향후 비서교육수업에서 팀기반학습을 성공적으로 시행할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다는 점이 본 연구가 갖는 의의이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Team-based learning(TBL) is an innovative educational method in various education fields. This case study had two purposes in the secretarial studies field. TBL strategy with mobile evaluation was introduced to a secretarial practice course to motivate students to positively participate and enhance fair evaluation of team activities. Further, this study compared students’ perception before and after TBL in terms of learning attitude, learning motivation, communication ability and student satisfaction of TBL strategy. Participants in this study were 116 college students in a secretarial practice class. Questionnaires modified by related researches were conducted before and after TBL strategy and were analyzed by SPSS Win. Results from this study are summarized as follows: first, students" scores after TBL for learning attitude, learning motivation, and communication ability were significantly higher than scores before TBL. Second, overall student satisfaction of TBL strategy was positive. These findings are discussed in terms of effective and successful secretarial education. This study contributes to the understanding of TBL strategy and its application into secretarial education field.
