This study is a service design study for cultural adaptation of immigrant women. Immigrant women face acculturation issues in Korean society as they enter and live in Korea. Immigrant women need a more systematic approach to the needs and difficulties that appear in the process of acculturation, so we attempted to help them understand them from the participant's perspective using a service design method. The service design process was centered on the discovery, definition, development, and delivery stages using the double diamond model. The service design process was conducted through various research methods and suggestions, such as identifying needs, shadowing, personas, participant interviews, and service blueprints, with migrant women as service participants at the center. It is a method of thinking from the perspective of participants and solving problems centered on participants through the service design process. The study participants were three immigrant women (one from Vietnam, one from the Philippines, and one from China) centered around the family center in District D. The application of service design to cultural adaptation of immigrant women was conducted face-to-face and non-face-to-face over a total of 10 sessions. We hope that this study will be helpful in future research on immigrant women's cultural adaptation and service design, as well as immigration policy.
