장애유형별 직업능력향상교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 델파이 연구 = Delphi Study for Development of Vocational Competency Improvement Education Program by Type of Disability

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The vocational competency improvement education program of lifelong education for the disabled is an important means for achieving independent living and social integration of the disabled. Therefore, this study tried to derive the components for the development of vocational competency improvement education programs for each type of disability. To this end, a Delphi survey was conducted twice with 20 vocational education experts to review the content validity of the elements derived from prior literature and interviews with field workers. As a result of the study, basic vocational education for the type of physical and brain lesion, basic vocational education and qualification education for the type of visual impairment, basic vocational education and qualification education for the type of hearing impairment and basic work function and work attitude for the type of severe and multiple disabilities. The opinion that it is appropriate for the elements composed of in addition, for the components that could not be agreed upon, the validity of the item was explained through additional comments, and the basis for application to program development was presented. The results of this study were used as evidence for the development of vocational competency improvement education programs for each type of disability and will contribute to the development of various programs related to vocational education in the future.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

장애인 평생교육의 직업능력향상교육 프로그램은 장애인의 자립생활 및 사회통합을 달성하기 위 한 중요한 수단이다. 이에 본 연구는 장애유형별 직업능력향상교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 구성요소를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 선행문헌과 현장실무자 면담을 통해 도출된 구성요소의 내용 타당성 을 검토하기 위하여 20명의 직업교육 전문가를 대상으로 2회에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 지체·뇌병변장애 유형은 기초직업교육, 시각장애 유형은 기초직업교육과 자격인증교육, 청각장 애 유형은 기초직업교육과 자격인증교육, 중도·중복장애 유형은 기초작업기능과 작업 태도로 구성된 요소에 적합하다는 의견이 도출되었다. 또한, 합의에 이르지 못한 구성요소는 추가의견을 통해 해당 항목에 대한 타당도를 설명하여 프로그램 개발에 적용될 수 있는 근거를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 는 장애유형별 직업능력향상교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 근거자료로 활용되었으며, 향후 직업교육과 관련된 다양한 프로그램 개발에도 기여할 것이다.
