To verify the tensile performance of the anchor plate type pre-installed anchor under tensile load, anchor tension tests were conducted. Test parameters were strength class of the anchor bolt, detail of anchor section, presence of anchor sleeve, and arrangement of anchors. Tension tests were divided into reduced section anchor material tests, full section tension tests, and concrete embedded tension tests. In this tests, grades 4.6 and 8.8 of KS B 1016 foundation bolt were used, and the tensile behavior of the concrete embeded specimen using reduced cross section anchor were coMPared with the specimen using anchor sleeve to verify the effect of inducing anchor yielding. Also, tension tests with two anchors embeded in concrete were conducted to verify clustering effect of the anchor.
