지역사회와 학습의 관계 탐색 = Exploring for the Relationships between Learning and Community

국문 초록 (Abstract)

평생교육에서 지역사회(Community)는 오래 동안 중요한 주제로 여겨져 왔다 지역사회에서 제공되는 많은 교육프로그램에 지역 주민들이 참여해 왔고 이 를 활용하여 지역사회를 발전시키기 위해서 노력해 왔다 그러나 학습을 단지 프로그램화된 교육에의 참여로만 이루어지는 것도아니고， 학습이 지역사회 발전을 위한 도구로만 전락하는 것도 피해야할 것 이다. 이 논문은 지역사회와 학습과의 관계에 대한 이 런 한계 를 극복하기 위한 시도로 지역사회에서의 학습， 지역사회
발전과 학습의 관계에 대해서 새롭게 접근해 보고자 하였다.지역사회에서 사람들은 매일 다른 사람들과 상호작용하고， 개인적 또는 집단적으로 이루어지는 지역 지향 행동을 통하여 지역사회를 형성하고 발전시킨다 이 논문은 지역사회 에 대한 이러한 관점을 바탕으로 지역사회에서의 학습은 사회적 상호작용이 일어나고 주민들 이 그들의 지역사회 를 만들고 발전시키기 위해 지역사회 장에 참여한 결과 나타나는 산물이며， 지역사회 발전은본질적으로 학습활동임을 제안한다 사람들은 상호작용을 통한 지역사회 발전과정에 참여하면서확장된 활동체계를 만들고 다시 그것을 받아들인다， 학습은 지역사회 발전을 위한 수단이 아니라발전과정에 내포되어 있는 활동인 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Community or learning in community has been one of the most important themes in adult education. People have participated in the educational programs designed and provided by community centers. Many community leaders and educators have tried to develop their community, using community educational programs. Learning, however, is
never occurred only by the participation in the educational settings programed. Also we need to escape the matters that learning descend to a way for the community development. The study tried to explore the relationships between learning and community development, in order to overcome the misunderstand of learning in community. People interact with one another daily, form and develop their community through the locality-oriented action individually or collectively. From this perspectives on community, the study suggests that learning in community can be viewed as the participation in the community field in which the social interaction occurs, and as the outcome of the participation in the community field in order that the residents build and develop their community. The study also urges that community development is essentially a learning process. Participating in Community development through the interaction, people create local and collective knowledge, expand the activity systems in community, and learn the products at the same time. Learning is the activity involved in the process of the community development, not means for the community development.
