영아기 어머니를 대상으로 한 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델의 활용 가능성 탐색

The purpose of this study was to research the effect on communication skills of TREASURE Talk coaching model. This research has following issues for this purpose.

Research Question 1. This study constructs an education and training program for infancy mother using TREASURE Talk coaching model.
Research Question 2. This study analyzes the effect on an education and training program for infancy mother constructed using TREASURE Talk coaching model.

In accordance with research questions, after toys were constructed for the education and training program, in order to increase the validity for toys, the validity was conducted by three experts of TREASURE Talk FT with a master or more than of child welfare. The validity was confirmed through 4 times after scripts was made with a constructed toy and a video for the infancy mother was produced with completed scripts . This video consists of a total of 8-minute video produced by each category of TRE, AS, URE using Play Mobil toy and scripts with 1 TREASURE CFT expert under doctor´s course and 1 infant.
A video produced for an education and training of Mother-Child communication was verified the content validity by 2 persons of professor, developer of TREASURE Talk coaching model and graduate student under doctor´s course, CFT expert participating in development of TREASURE Talk coaching model.
The pre-test was carried out through 「Coaching Inventory of Child-Adult Interaction through Observation (CICAIO)」to 111 infancy mothers living in Seoul K for research of the effect.
30 mothers corresponding to 27% low level was given the training of a total of 5 hours divided into three sessions by each category for 2 days from October 21, 2015 to October 22, 2015.
30 mothers who had completed the training conducted a post-test (CICCIO) and the results were analyzed by paired t-test.
In the result of this study, the post-test average of experiment group was higher than the pre-test of experiment group average, showing Tracking 6.4, Reflecting (R1) 7.9, Encouraging (E1) 3.97, Understanding 2.03, Reminding (R2) 8.6, Enjoying (E2) was 11.67. This difference is showed significant. Therefore, an education and training program for infancy mother using TREASURE Talk coaching model verified the effect.
The communication skill by coaching approach of TREASURE Talk coaching model has practical meaning related to the family.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 영아기 어머니를 대상으로 한 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델의 대화기술 효과를 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다.

연구문제1. TREASURE Talk 코칭모델을 활용한 영아기 어머니 교육·훈련프로그램을 구성한다.
연구문제2. TREASURE Talk 코칭모델을 활용하여 구성한 영아기 어머니 교육·훈련 프로그램의 효과를 분석한다.

위의 연구 문제 설정에 따라 교육·훈련프로그램 구성을 위해 먼저 놀잇감을 구성하였으며, 놀잇감의 타당도를 높이기 위해, 아동복지 석사 이상이며 TREASURE Talk FT 자격을 갖춘 전문가 3인에게 전문가 타당도를 받았다. 이 후 구성된 놀잇감으로 스크립트를 구성하여 4차에 걸쳐 타당도를 확보하였으며, 완성된 스크립트를 통해 영아기 어머니용 동영상을 제작하였다. 이 동영상은 박사과정 재학 중 인 TREASURE CFT전문가 1인과 영아 1인과 플레이모빌 놀잇감과 스크립트를 활용하여 TRE, AS, URE 카테고리별로 제작한 동영상으로 총 8분으로 구성되어 있다. 위와 같이 어머니-자녀 대화 교육·훈련을 위해 제작된 동영상은 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델 개발자인 교수 1인과 박사과정 재학 중이며 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델 개발연구에 참여한 전문가 CFT 2인에게 내용타당도를 검증받았다.
본 연구의 효과 탐색을 위하여 서울 K구 소재 영아기 어머니 111명을 표집하여「관찰을 통한 부모-아동 코칭척도(CICAIO)」를 통해 사전검사를 실시하였다. 이 검사에서 하위 27%에 해당되는 어머니 30명을 대상으로 2015년 10월 21일부터 2015년 10월 22일까지 2일 동안 카테고리별로 3회기로 나누어 총 5시간을 실시하였다. 교육을 이수한 어머니 30명을 대상으로 사후검사(CICAIO)를 실시하여 대응표본 t검증으로 분석하였다.
연구결과, 실험집단의 사후검사 평균이 사전검사 평균보다 Tracking은 6.40, Reflecting(R1)은 7.9, Encouraging(E1)은 3.97, Understanding은 2.03, Reminding(R2)은 8.6, Enjoying(E2)은 11.67점 높아졌다. 이러한 차이는 모두 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 영아기 어머니를 대상으로 한 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델의 교육·훈련은 그 효과가 검증되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델의 코칭접근에 따른 대화기술을 가정과 연계한 실천적 의의가 있다.
