      The study tested logical process of development of sociometry and validity of computerization model as a method to figure out their personal characteristics with children in kindergarten. Furthermore, the author tested validity of measurement of peer network and computerization model with which function and character of peer relationship can be known. Based on this, a new Korean style measurement tool called SocioNet was developed by connecting sociometry and information shown on peer network. With the SocioNet, it was figured out if interpretation of personal psychology of children in kindergarten and dynamic of peer group is possible. And several problems which can follow were set as study problems. The subjects of the study were 27 children in a class of a kindergarten established as an annex to oo elementary school located in oo city - male 14, female 13. Sociometry computerization program and peer network measurement computerization program were applied to them at the same time. Based on followed results, SocioNet which is a kind of sociogram was completed. Based on gender shown on SocioNet, structure, function, and character each subgroup, interpretation was attempted. From results of interpretation shown on the study, it was figured out that even for children in kindergarten, interpretation similar to elementary school can be made. With the interpretation, kindergarten teachers can do life guidance for children. But it was pointed out that to reach such a conclusion, further extended study is necessary. Nonetheless, it was identified that SocioNet is highly expected to establish as measurement and assessment model about Korean unique personal and group dynamic.
