      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The aims and the contents of this study were as follows.
      The necessities of the Social Education of the Korean Youth were dealt with from the next three points of view.:
      the first, the equal opportunity of the education,
      the second, the problem of the youth of out-of-school and the vocational guidance,
      the third, the juvenile delinquency and the guidance.
      Continuously, as the present condition of social education, the social education of school educational form and the social services of the voluntary body were examined.
      Thus I am going to lay the theoretical foundation for the betterment in the field of the Social Education of the Korean Youth.
      The method of the study I employed was the descriptive one through references and materials related to the Social Education of the Korean Youth.
      In conclusion, the keynote of this study could be summarized as follows.
      ① The Social Education of Korean Youth is not united with the whole educational system and the social structure in the aspect of the educational policy.
      ② The civic school, the high civic school, the technical school, the high technical school and the private institutes are operated under the protection of the law, but the policy is attached to the extracurricular activities of the students and the rearing of the youth bodies of various kinds that are generally managed for the sake of the attainment of their foundation objects.
      ③ It is worth paying attention to the vocational school for the youth and the broadcasting correspondence school attached to the high school which is in the large cities for the social education of the youth of out-of-school.
      ④ It is necessary to build up the infromation activities officially so that the home, the school and the community may awake to the collective responsibility for the guidance and upbriaging of the youth.
      ⑤ It is important to keep up the administrative control over the deniable sides of the society that have the demoralizing influences upon the minds of the youths.
      ⑥ Mainly because of the poverty, the youth of out-of-school are not highly educated in the school. But, if the government put the general and technical education in effect in our educational system, they could have the opportunity to elevate themselves socially and economically.
