The purpose of this study was to examine the Mediation Analysis of Organizational Justice on the Effect of Organizational Commitment in Roles and Job Environment of Investigation Police and Un-investigation Police Official To attain this purpose, two variables - three Police Roles and three Job Environment as an exogenous variable, Organizational Commitment as an endogenous variable and three Organizational Justices based on the Greenberg`s theory as a mediating variable - were used for the analysis Data were collected from 1,138 Police Officials for empirical analysis. Techniques used in analyzing data were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, Multi-Group Analysis. and SPSS 19.0 for windows programs were applied in the analysis. this study can find its meaning in examining not only Police Roles but also Job Environment as a moderator variable to verify Organizational Commitment. The findings of empirical analysis showed a significant effect of Police Roles and Job Environment on Organizational Commitment. Especially in terms of Organizational Effectiveness, it was confirmed that Organizational Justice showed a relatively mediating effect.
