한국판 아동기 부정적 경험 척도(Korean-Adverse Childhood Experiences Scale; K-ACEs)의 타당화 연구 = Validation of the Korean Version of the Adverse Childhood Experiences(K-ACEs) Scale

국문 초록 (Abstract)

아동기 부정적 경험(ACEs)은 국내 다양한 연구 및 정책 영역에서 언급되고 있으나, 심리측정학적 타당화 연구가 이루어지지 않아 신뢰도과 타당도가 충분히 확보되지 않았었다. 이에 본 연구는 ACEs 척도를 타당화하고자 19~30세 성인 600명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 문항분석 및 문항반응이론(IRT) 분석 결과, 낮은 변별도와 지나치게 높은 난이도를 보인 한 개 문항을 삭제하였다. 최종적으로 14문항 3요인(학대, 정서적 방임, 가족기능문제) 모형에 대한 확인적 요인분석을 진행하였고, 양호한 수준의 적합도, 내적 합치도와 변별타당도가 확인되었다. 또한 K-ACEs는 우울, 불안, 외상과 정적 상관을, 아동기 긍정적 경험, 회복탄력성, 삶의 의미, 지각한 부모 애정과는 부적 상관을 보여 준거타당도가 확인되었다. 법칙적 망조직 분석 결과, 지각한 부모 애정은 K-ACEs를 부적으로, K-ACEs는 우울을 정적으로 예측하여 구인타당도가 확보되었다. 본 연구에서 타당화한 척도는 측정의 정밀성과 문화적 적합성을 확보하여 연구 및 임상 현장에서 신뢰롭고 타당한 측정 도구로 활용되리라 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study was to validate the Korean Adverse Childhood Experiences Scale(K-ACEs). An online survey was conducted on 600 Korean adults aged between 19 and 30. Item response theory(IRT)-based analysis was conducted to examine item discrimination and difficulty. One item(‘burned as punishment’) had low discrimination and a high difficulty parameter. Confirmatory factory analysis(CFA) demonstrated that the original three-factor structure remained valid, showing improved fit once the second item was removed. Thus, a three-factor structure of 14 items was finalized. Criterion validity was supported through significant correlations with established constructs. Finally, construct validity was confirmed via a nomological network which supported the pathway between perceived parental affection, K-ACEs, and depression. This study validated a culturally appropriate ACEs scale fit for the Korean context, which in turn can be used as a reliable tool for future studies and clinical screening.
