고등학교 단계 학업중단 학생의 학력인정방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 단계에서 미진학하였거나 중퇴한 학교 밖 청소년들을 위해 검정고시 이외의 형태로 학력을 인정하는 방안을 찾기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 고등학교 학력 인정을 위한 운영기준과 법･제도 개정(안)을 마련하는 것이다.
연구내용을 종합하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 학업 중단 학생의 정의, 현황, 학업중단 사유 등 학업중단 학생의 전반적 개요 및 고등학교 단계 학교 밖 청소년 대상 학력 인정프로그램 운영기관･프로그램 등 조사하였다.
둘째, 고등학교 단계 학업중단 학생을 대상으로 교육을 지원하는 다양한 기관의 업무담당자, 관리자를 대상으로 전문가 협의회 내용을 토대로 꿈이음 고등학교 과정의 학교 밖 청소년 프로그램 지정 및 학력인정 기준(안)을 마련하였다.
셋째, 고등학교 단계의 학업중단 학생들에게 학력인정을 할 수 있는 고등학교 단계 학력 인정 관련 법안 내용을 분석하고 이에 따른 개선안을 제시하였다.
마지막으로, 고등학교 단계의 학업중단 학생들을 위한 교육프로그램 운영 활성화를 위한 필요사항을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to explore alternative methods for recognizing academic qualifications for high school dropouts beyond the high school qualification examination. To this end, the researchers will propose standards and revisions to laws and systems related to high school academic qualifications. The research methodology includes analyzing previous studies and summarizing the
opinions of experts who educate high school dropouts. Based on the views expressed at expert councils, curriculum and legal experts developed a plan to recognize academic credits for students who have dropped out of high school. The research findings are as follows: First, the target group of this project should be expanded, allowing more dropouts to participate. Second, before implementing
this project, standards for learners must be established. These standards should cover academic recognition programs, evaluation methods, credit recognition systems, required credits (courses), learning periods, and credits earned per week. This study will contribute to providing alternative options for students who have dropped out of high school due to various personal, family, school, and societal issues, enabling them to continue their education.
