인적자원개발 연구동향 분석: 최근 10년(2004-2013) 간 AHRD 학술지를 중심으로 = A Review of the Trends in the Research Published in Journals of the Academy of Human Resource Development from 2004 to 2013

This article reviews the research trends published in four journals of the Academy of Human Resource Development from 2004 to 2013. The four journals this study reviewed are Advances in Developing Human Resources, Human Resource Development International, Human Resource Development Quarterly, and Human Resource Development Review. The total 956 articles were analyzed by the following criteria: research topics, research methods, and topic- and method-related differences in its journals. The results show that although there have bee a variety of topics relating HRD theory and practice, the topics related to organization development and training and development are more frequently discussed than the themes of performance, technology, and strategic HRD. The results also show that conceptual analysis is prevailing research methods for conducting research followed by quantitative and qualitative research methods. In addition, this study analyzed the cross-sectional areas of the research topics and methods with each four journals. Implications for future research were also discussed.
