Rubber material is used in weather-strip extrusion forming process. Rubber material is macromolecule material and shows characteristics such shear thinning fluid. The dynamic viscosity of this fluid is influenced by temperature and shear strain rate. In this paper, the dynamic viscosity function is derived by Power-law model as non-Newtonian fluid model with effect of temperature and shear strain rate. Also, we observe the effect of extrusion under controling flow velocity of row material and temperature from parametric analysis. The numerical results will overcome the conventional try-error method that has been adopted for the process analysis and design.
