This research has measured decisions of purchasing intention among viewers of a drama, “My love from the star” based on PPL which is a kind of indirect advertisement. The 192 viewers were targeted for latent class analysis in order to investigate whether they perceive PPL for three brands, New balance, Canon, and Mise en scene and identify its difference of their purchasing intention. We grasped the characteristic of the divided group and selected target of consumer that can maximize the effect of PPL.
