국립마이스터고등학교 교육과정의 편성·운영 실태 및 과제 = Realities of National Meister High School’s Curriculum and Its Tasks

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the meister high school’s curriculum by 2009 revised curriculum and to investigate the tasks for improving vocational competencies. In the 10th grade under 2009 revised curriculum, general subjects were chosen as a minimum unit and total course unit needed for graduation were secured as a maximum in vocational subjects. Now in 2011 school year, 10th graders and 11th graders are taking different curriculum: the 28.15% of 10th curriculum was composed of vocational subjects and the 61.67% of 11th curriculum was composed of the vocational subjects.
These vocational subject-centered-curriculum may bring a barriers in completing their higher education in WTS later. In this paper, some suggestions were made as following; the strengthened connection to vocational competencies evaluation should be adopted in 2012, and then should be connected to lifelong education, higher education, and minimum academic standards assurance.
