아동연구의 윤리적 관점 = The Ethical Views on Child Studies

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This article is to suggest some ways and social systems in our research community for children\'s right to be protected in the studies which they are participated as subjects. For the purpose, the author reviewed the historical background of some moral, ethical guidelines for researchers conducting human subject related studies since World War II. And, some suggestions on the government and academic community levels in Korea for protecting children\'s rights in the process of the studies were included in this article.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 아동을 대상으로 한 연구에서 아동의 권리가 보호될 수 있는 제도를 주창하기 위하여 한국에서의 연구자 윤리 지침 제정의 필요성과 아동연구에서 아동보호가 무시되는 측면을 논의하였다. 이어서 세계적으로 이차세계대전 이후 연구대상자 보호를 위해 제도적 발전을 이룬 연구윤리 규정들을 검토하여 국내에서의 인권존중과 아동보호를 위한 전문학회와 정부 차원의 연구자 지침 제정 및 공식적인 연구자 교육제도 방안 등을 제안하였다.
