The purpose of this study is to develop altemative coeducation programs in teaching physical education at secondary schools. Data are collected through documents analysis. The action research for this study is conducted by co-researchers at secondary schools. The results of the study are followed. (a) The direction of coeducational physical education programs is `gender equity` and `curiosity induction on sports`. (b) Developmental guides of programs are `appropriateness and integration of programs` goals`, `rationalization of programs` contents`, `variety of instructional methods` and `validity of assessments`. (c) The core of classroom managerial guides of programs is PE teachers` role. (d) PE teachers` roles of the program management are ` the maker of educational contexts`, `leader of equity education`, and `modeling on value of equity`.
