初等學校 實科 敎科專擔制의 運營實態와 活性化 方案 = Operating Reality and Activating Method of the Departmental System for Practical Arts in the Primary School

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 실과 교과전담제의 운영실태를 파악하여 그 시사점 및 개선점을 찾아 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있으며, 이를 달성하기 위해 문헌 연구와 조사 연구를 하였다.
분석은 SPSS/PC를 사용하여 전산처리 하였으며, 집단 특성에 따른 반응차의 유의도를 밝히기 위해, 성별, 연령별, 지역별, 교육경력별, 학교규모별 변인으로 구분하였으며, 이를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다.
(1) 실과 교과전담제의 필요성에 대해 학교경영자와 교사의 응답자 76.7%가 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 실과 교과가 교과전담제에 포함되어 있는 비율은 41.7%였으며, 이를 실시하지 못한 이유 중 가장 큰 원인은 교과전담 교사의 부족이었다.
(2) 실과 수업이 정상적으로 운영되는 경우는 68.5%였으며, 정상적으로 이루어지지 않은 원인은 실습실 및 교구부족이 가장 컸으며, 실습의 번거로움, 교사의 능력부족 등의 순이었다.
(3) 실과 교과전담 교사 연수자 추천 방식 중 희망자가 없어서 할 수 없이 추천 받은 교사가 29.8%, 승진 부과점 획득을 위한 목적성 추천이 23.0%로 나타났다. 그리고 연수시간이 실과 교과전담에 실질적 도움이 되지 않는 10시간 미만인 경우가 18.6%나 되었다.
위의 연구 결과를 분석한 것을 바탕으로 실과 교과전담제 운영의 활성화 방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다.
(1) 실과 교과전담 수업의 주당 시수를 20시간 상한선으로 하여 법제화되어야 한다.
(2) 실과 교과의 교육이 효율적으로 이루어지려면, 실과의 실습실 및 교재도구, 실험 실습 기자재가 확충되어야 한다.
(3) 실과 교과전담 교사 기피를 막고 적절한 전담교사를 수급하기 위해서는 수당지급, 승진 가산점 부여, 보결 수업 면제, 전보시 우선권 부여 등의 우대책이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of this study is at grasping the actual conditions of management for the Practical Arts Education Departmental System and finding their suggesting problems and reform measures and groping for their activated 1
The findings acquired from the questionnaire analysis in this study are as follows.
(1) On the necessity of the Practical Arts Education Departmental System 76.7% of school managers and teachers was recognized positively.
(2) The case that lessons of the Practical Arts Education were operated normally was amounted to 68.5%.
(3) In the recommendation methods for the study and training of the teachers exclusively were responsible for the Practical Arts Education, the teachers who were recommended against their own will be no applicants accounted for 29.8%. And the case of less than 10 hours in training was not useful for the Practical Arts Departmental System accounted for 18.6%.
According to the above questionnaire analysis, we suggest the activated devices for the management of the Practical Arts Education Departmental System as follows.
(1) The lesson hours for a week for the Practical Arts Education Departmental System should be legislated less than 20 hours.
(2) To operate the Practical Arts Education efficiently, laboratory and teaching materials, etc. should be expanded.
(3) To prevent the teachers exclusively responsible for the Practical Arts Education from avoiding their job and supply appropriate teachers, special treatment measures for the teachers are necessary.
