영산강 오염 관련 계획 및 시설에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Plans and The Environmental Protection Facilities of the Youngsan River Pollution

The aims of this study arc 1) to analyze the plans and the environmental protection facilities related to the Youngsan River water quality and 2) to suggest the possibl improvement measures of the resulting problems of the above analysis.
The problems revealed from the analysis are as follows:1)the inappropriate development plams about the river in fluencing area, 2)the irrationally estimated population and pollution in this area, 3)the location of the environmental protection facilities at remoting area, 4)the time leg between the increase of Pollution and
investment in facilities. 5)no financial programs, 6)the poor treatment and management of the pollution sources, 7)the irrational operation of the basic antipolloution facilities, and8)the shortage of the adrministrative supervision etc,
Therefore, the impotmant measures for maintaining the good water quality of the Youngsan River is to improvee the above problems ,End its implementation viewpoints.
