      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      1. Objective and Content Foamed concrete is applied as filling material of On-dol, but it has much trouble in controlling the quality because of not establishing the detailed related criteria and recommendation for the construction and quality control practice. This study is to improve construction method and quality control of foamed concrete, and revise the contents of specifications. The contents and scope of this study are as follows; (1) Survey on the foreign and domestic data (2) Examination on the construction method of each step of foamed concrete work (3) Investigation on the quality control of foamed concrete in field 2. Results The followings are the results of this study 1) Construction Method (1) The installation method of glass wool and gypsum board which are installed on exterior wall and masonry wall is improved. (2) Insulation material on the side of a floor heating system is not necessary, the application of joint filler tape for absorbing the expansion of mortar layer is provided. (3) The application to fix insulation material by fixtures is suggested. (4) It is provided to install polyethylene film of each story of On-dol. (5) It is suggested to fix heating coil. 2) Quality Control (1) The equation is proposed by drawing the relation of the experimental density, air contents of freshly mixed concrete and 28-day compressive strength foamed concrete. ⅰ) fc(28) = 68.459 Fg - 31.304 (R2 = 0.6968) ⅱ) fc(28) = -0.8663 Fm + 67.448 (R2 = 0.6246) ⅲ) fc(28) = 58.143 Fg - 0.5 Fm + 15.142 (R2 = 0.7000) fc(28) :compressive strength(㎏f/㎝2) Fm :air contests(%) Fg :density기포슬러리 비중 (2) The equation to estimate the 28-day compressive strength from 7-day strength is proposed. fc(28) = 1.6988fc(7) 0.1821 (R2=0.9554) (3) Test items, test frequency and evaluation method for the quality control of foamed concrete. 3) Specification and Recommendation (1) Improved design for construction process (2) Improved work of foamed concrete and mortar finish of Floor heating system in Specification of Korea National Housing Corporation (3) Detailed recommendation on the construction and quality control of foamed concrete This study performed with Keum-kang Chemical Co., Ltd. will contributes to the improvement of the quality and constructability of foamed concrete.
