초 · 중기 청소년 직업체험학습이 진로계획성과 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Work-based Experiential Learning on Career Planning and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy in Adolescence

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The period of middle and high school is the critical period in a career exploration and growing oneself in the process of life-span development. In this period, the career planning and career decision-making self-efficacy are developed by acquiring and exploring the career information. The purpose of this paper is to test the effect of work-based experiential learning on career planning and career decision-making self-efficacy in adolescence. The work-based experiential learning affects positively the developmental change in the career development of the adolescence. Especially, career intervention for the career planning is, requested in the period of early adolescence. Finally, the administrative implications about the career guidance in adolescence and limitations for the further research are discussed.
