범죄피해자보호ㆍ지원을 위한 회복적 패러다임의 실천방안 = Practical Scheme of Restorative Paradigm for Victim's Protection and Support

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The influence of the new paradigm called restorative justice is becoming more significant inside and outside of the country. Restorative justice paradigm is closely related to the victim's movement. Accordingly, a new challenge to come up with a scheme that effectively harmonizes the paradigm of restorative justice and the protection as well as support on victims, arose. In order to meet such requirement, this research tried to find political measures for protection and support on victim from the perspective of restorative paradigm by answering the following question.
Firstly, to what theoretical justification, the standpoint of victim should be integrated to criminal justice system, and what the possible risk of such victim-centred criminal policy is. Secondly, what kind of content restorative justice paradigm contains, what kind of implication it has on criminal justice system, and how criminal justice system that accepts restorative justice paradigm while benefitting victim, should look like. Thirdly, what are some means that should be introduced to practice restorative justice paradigm in this country.
