전자결제 서비스 모델에 관한 사례 연구: 모바일 결제 활성화를 중심으로 = A Case Study on the Electric Payment Service Model: Focusing on Vitalization of Mobile e-Payment

The evolution of the e-payment service model is accelerating as the business experience with FinTech is enriched. The e-payment service model is a business model problem and at the same time encompasses technical, social and regulatory elements. Therefore, the transaction relationship between various business participants in the market, affiliated stores and end users is very complex. In this study, we first try to understand the changing ecosystem. Changes in the ecosystem lead to changes in the detailed elements of the market environment. Therefore, I would like to review the key drivers and success factors that lead these market changes. Although the existing electronic payment-related business model has been planned and progressed, we have experienced failures despite social and economic damages. However, there are issues with the intuition and convenience of user convenience represented by smartphones and the emergence of multiple CPs (Contents Providers). Based on the lessons on major issues and inactivation in the existing mobile payment market, we propose a changing industrial ecosystem and propose an electronic payment service model accordingly in blockchain-based payment technology. This study analyzes the ecosystem of the mobile payment market, proposes key drivers that lead to changes in its structure, and proposes countermeasures. In addition, major overseas business models for the activation of blockchain-based mobile payments are presented by type, and effective business activation plans are proposed accordingly.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

FinTech에 대한 비즈니스 경험이 충실해짐에 따라 전자결제 서비스 모델의 진화가 가속화되고 있다. 전자결제 서비스 모델은 비즈니스 모델의 문제이면서 동시에 기술적, 사회적, 규제적 요소를 포괄하고 있다. 따라서 시장 내의 다양한 사업적 참여자들과 가맹점과 최종 사용자 간의 거래 관계가 매우 복잡한 양상을 보인다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 변화하는 생태계를 이해하고자 한다. 생태계의 변화는 시장 환경의 세부적인 요소의 변화를 초래한다. 따라서 이러한 시장의 변화를 이끄는 Key Drivers와 성공요인에 대하여 검토하고자 한다. 기존 전자결제 관련 사업 모델이 계획되고 진행되었음에도 불구하고 기술적, 사회적, 경제적 측면의 문제점을 극복하지 못한 경험이 있다. 하지만 스마트폰으로 대표되는 사용자 측면에서의 직관성과 기술적 편의성의 확보와 다수의 CP(Contents Provider)의 등장으로 이슈들이 극복되었다. 따라서 기존 모바일 결제 시장의 주요 이슈 및 미활성화에 대한 교훈을 바탕으로 미래 변화하는 산업 생태계를 제시하고 이에 따른 전자결제 서비스 모델을 블록체인 기반의 모바일 결제 기술 측면에서 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 결제시장의 생태계를 분석하고 이러한 구조의 변화를 이끄는 Key Driver를 제안하고 있으며 이에 따른 대응방안을 제안하고 있다. 또한 블록체인 기반의 모바일 결제의 활성화를 위한 해외 주요 사업 모델을 유형별로 제시하고 이에 따른 효과적인 사업 활성화 방안을 제안하고 있다.
