공무원 건강관리 프로그램 개선 방안 연구 = A Study on Method of Reception Program for the Public Officials' Health Care

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is generally meant by the welfare of the public officials, to help them improve their administrative efficiency and pay more attention to their works through managing their working conditions, environments, and morale. In the existing welfare system for the public officials, the employer(that is, the government) carried out the standardized, one-sided welfare for the general officials without caring for the individual official's needs or purposes. Many suggestions have been made up to meet the needs of the individual officials and their family, in terms of the economic compensations, the improvement of working conditions, the chance of self-developments, and the promotion of individual rights. These suggestions, however,show little concern for the problem of the official's health care. In this situation, this paper proposes a direction to introduce a systematic program for the public official's health care. Health means in the modern sense of the word to secure the high level of existence value and well-being through the balance and harmony of physical,emotional, social, intellectual, mental elements. This study shows the high rate of complaint among the Anyang-si officials at the results of medical examination. Health problem can work as an obstacle to activating the organization, for which reason this paper suggests various programs for the officials' health care which the Anyang-si administration can run.
