      The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of emotional enhancement services using artificial intelligence in terms of individual, society, and industry. We firstly reviewed previous studies and conducted focus group interviews on the 20s, 30s-40s, 50s-60s aged groups. The positive and negative impacts of emotional enhancement services perceived by individuals are derived. A questionnaire was conducted to 800 adults in order to evaluate such benefits and risks. Based on the findings, we suggested the direction for the emotional enhancement service to contribute to individual's life, social welfare, and industrial development.
